[Resolved] Tikona — pathetic service and no refund or termination of account | |||||
Ever since i took the connection i had troubles, low speeds random net outage etc. I had to call the customer care every single day since i got the connection. I used the connection for maximum of 1 week and went ahead with another provider. I call up the customer care and requested a termination and refund on 24th july. They keep on calling saying they will fix it, they provide better security etc etc over my current isp. And there is no refund. I made a mistake by choosing tikona and i regret this decision very much. I will make sure anyone i know will never take a connection from them. I had paid 2450 for 3 months offer. I used it for 10 days or so, never switched it back on after that. I do have all the recording of the interaction with the customer care people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
