Tikona — Pathetic service and support

I had got Tikona Installed on 1st of March 2014 and since then till 1st March 2015 i got very limited or no connectivity. Had raised it multiple times to vendor through their contact center (literally spent hour each day post office to raise complaints). Always heard the same answers - restart laptop, issue at network, server upgrade, some issue going on in area etc. I had kept paying my bills.

In beginning of 2015 i have had enough as i had been paying every month for no service and customer support, a lot of times i had to move to cyber cafes or resort to mobile internet to complete any important work. So i raised it to their top management, email ids of those are - sridhar.[protected]@tikona.in, prakash.[protected]@tikona.in, tarun.[protected]@tikona.in, heramb.[protected]@tikona.in

But none of it helped. Their customer care started contacting me themselves and did a troubleshooting of network for another 6 months. 1-2 months bill was waived off in lieu of no connectivity and they asked me to pay for 1-2 months which i did in hope it will close. But then in the end they told me they can't assure internet in the area (while during demo during installation they said it is going to work all fine), and asked if i would like to continue. I told them i will not pay for time till it is not corrected and they refused to demand. I said then i don't care i am not paying for it.

And then they started sending bills, accumulated to INR 2k and have shared they will go for legal action.

Now question is, even with -
1. Thousands of complaints lodged and no resolution (time and effort and money wasted)
2. 10-15 KBps speed received in 4 Mbps connection (have screenshots which i had shared with customer care staff over email) and they acknowledged the issue multiple times
3. Vendor confirming he cannot provide service
why is vendor always having the upper hand?
Is there a place a complaint can be lodged against these scoundrels?
I have tons of mails which i had written to them and still i am on receiving side.

My User ID is [protected]. I have mailed 2-3 times in last 2-3 days on mentioned Email IDs and sending this User Id again on the email ID mentioned by you.
What i am looking for is -
1. Charges which have been put unnecessarily have to be waived off (it was customer care which told after months of troubleshooting that internet service cannot be provided - Internet issue from March 2014 to September 2015 and Troubleshooting done by team From March 2015 to August 2015, for which bill was paid for all months even when there was no service, waiver required for July-Aug-Sep'15 again a period of no service)
2. Service Disconnection and no further communication
3. If need be, you can arrange a call with some senior sensible staff if your team feels there needs to be a debate or discussion done on this. One or Two people i talked to till date told me following - You can use internet during day time as at peak timing it doesn't work (while i am in office at that time, staff is expecting person to go back home specially for this), We see a usage from your account at times (while it doesn't work when required)

Nothing has been done about my case till now. The reply here was just a publicity stunt. Finally i gave up and called up customer care. They told me if i pay an amount they will stop harassing me but they can't mail about it as my account is blocked. Still taking the person's word as an official confirmation, paid same in 15 minutes. Post that tried calling today 50-60 times but customer care is not picking call even after waiting in line over IVR. Mailed thrice but no confirmation till now on closure of account from these people. No idea how to reach out to these fraudsters. Paid for even duration when net was not working and the one which was mentioned above so that i can get rid of these guys.

I have already paid more than what I should have. The amount in question I.e. INR 2000 which was the bill during which I got no connectivity and team was troubleshooting (and confirmed that providing net is not feasible) has also been paid so that I don't have to hear from Tikona again. This is post confirmation from your senior billing help desk executive. I wonder what fnf are you calculating.
Tikona had been the worst service provider and the disconnection process the most pathetic...thats the moment when they start extorting money from you saying they have raised case in Delhi tees hazari court (while having hq in mumbai)...I gave in to their demands and paid huge sum of money which I wasn't liable to just to close connection once and for all. If you have any issues with Tikona please raise at pgportal and if not resolved go ahead with court case else they ll suck your blood like leeches.. For pgportal, login complaint against dept of telecom mentioning Tikona as service provider...
