[Resolved] Tikona — Pathetic service and uneducated or careless customer service technical executives. | |||
After 2months of installation started receiving issues with internet service, no speed, no connectivity, latency what not. Made numerous calls in the last 4months and counting no resolutions. It's becoming a nightmare now and whenever I call the customer care number initially you have to wait for 5/10minutes before someone comes online and after raising the issue their initial response is we will escalate the matter to our senior technical team and it will take 24/48 hours After which the issue gets resolved for couple of minutes and yet back to square one. And when the BILL gets generated they constantly keep on messaging or calling for the payment. And now as I am highly frustrated am putting this complaint officially hoping to get a resolution and to put a stop on deceptive practices by Tikona.
