[Resolved] Tikona — pathetic service | |||
I became a customer of Tikona as i think your service will be good as your sales executive told me but your service is really pathetic.Today is the 4th day I can't use my internet. i raised a complaint on Friday and after talking to customer care they gave me token # 1-[protected] and they told me till Saturday morning Tikona Engineer will come and check the problem as they can't fix it from there ... on Saturday i got a message from Tikona that my problem has been solved while there was no Engineer came to check in my apartment. I checked my Internet and still it was not working... again i called to customer care and as ususal the same they asked me to wait till next morning and promised me that the problem will be solved surely on Sunday, but Sunday also finished and again I raised a Complaint they again told me to wait and gave me a new Token number 1-[protected] and asked me to will till Monday morning... Now it's Monday Evening and still none has visited to check the problem. they provide me an Engineer(Pradip Korde) Number [protected] & [protected] but this Engineer is not even picking the call as i am trying from last 2 hours... his call is going Continuesly on waiting Do i had make a mistake that i had taken TIKONA Connection.????????
