[Resolved] Tikona — pathetic services with very poor response | |||
I start using services in the month of June 2019. Almost everyday I have to contact customer care to resolve the issue. Soon after I realized that the internet is not connected probably through out the day. I made several complains almost every day, every time I got a response that everything is fine at their end. After this response I decided to discontinue the services with in two months although I paid for 6 months in advance. After my cancellation request I was contacted by tikona several time with various lucrative offers but I denied due to the earlier bad experience. Even after several request from my side to cancel the connection and refund the money on prorated basis, they denied to issue a refund and compelled me to bear with their service for 6 months. Please suggest how can I preserve my consumer rights. Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved First they visited to check the modem. But again I had same issue, I was told they are having server problems in my area.
Then again I had no connectivity, they kept my account on 24 hours monitoring. After confirmation from them problem has been resolved, next day only I had same issue and call customer care. Lady after 30 mins just disconnected my call. Never call back for next 2 days. Then I took my decision to discontinue the services and ask for refund. Till now they are compelling me to use service till Dec 6 2019 which I don’t agree. Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
