In October 2015, we shifted our home. In my new place, internet is not working fine. we complained and finally we ended with disconnecting internet.
From OCT we didn't use internet. After that i went to Onsite and returned on April 2016 and closed account by paying billl of RS: 1240/-

On 4th June one of your associate called and said that he is charging a complaint and asked to settle with amount of RS: 1252 /-
As the account was not closed, i agreed to pay.

Any today once again i got a call to settle the amount saying i am sending legal notice.
and i called to customer care so many times, no one replied or no one called back.
could you please look in this issue.
