Tikona — Payment related | |
Tikona is making harassment calls, Emails and Sending harassment letters to me from last many months. They are forcing me to pay the amount for the services which I have not used. I tried many calls to customer care to disconnect services number of times before itself. l also emailed them to Disconnect services. They are charging me amount for the services which are already paid I have prepaid for the services which I have used. But still they are charging me for the services. This is not acceptable. Ignore it. Don't ever suggest tikona to anybody. I got my connection 3 years before because of slow speed. They send a bill for 1500 and threatening to pay to prevent myself from legal actions. They're beggers I think. I'm not gonna pay. Leave it don't consider them. Search everywhere you will know what tikona is.
