[Resolved] Tikona — person claiming as a lawyer threatening to file a case | |
I have called so many times to your customer care regarding the disconnection of my service with user id [protected].. I have stopped using the service from april 8th of 2017 and have told your customer representatives numerous time to disonnect my service.. However no one came to collect the cables and adopter.. i raised an issue stating i need my service disconnected on priority as i have been receiving e bills for 0 data usage and that i have changed my address with complaint number 1-[protected] but still i am receiving e bills even for the month of may to june.. and today i recieved a call from a person named Mukesh Sharma stating himself as an advocate at Delhi session court chamber 21, threatening me that if i do not pay Rs 2858 within half an hour he is going to file a lawsuit against me...How can you do that without giving me a prior laywer notice, more than that the person was not able to speak even a single word in english and was deeply knowledged about how to make online payment to tikona.. Can you please go over my account and let me know the correct procedure of deactivating my tikona Account number- [protected] Ban Number[protected].. I am expecting a reply with a formal procedure of deactivating my above mentioned account completely along with a legit amount to be paid without giving me any further mental harassment..
