I have been using Tikona internet services during my tenure in Bangalore. They provided very poor service and as it's a new apartment, I had no other options for other providers. I normally pay for a year subscription so poor service was guaranteed. On the onset of Covid, I had to relocate and tried their Customer service desk to cancel my subscription however no response. I ensured there isn't any due amount and I left Bangalore. Post that ever month i get threatening calls saying that I have to pay amount and return modem else thy will sue me. They talk very harshly and no respect at all. I informed them there is no due amount and I can't pay as I owe nothing especially the way they talk really shows they treat customers. Still they keep threatening me stating will send me to court. When thy don't provide basic customer service, how can they do such deadly threats ?
