[Resolved]  Tikona — Poor connection & Refunding the amount for User ID is-[protected]

Dear Sir, USER ID-[protected] IN the month of June & July 2015 we had not received proper internet connection from TIKONA. Detail complete mail details is attached herewith this mail.we had contentiously call to them but zero response came from TIKONA. WE HAD STOOPED THERE SERVICE FROM AUGUST 15, Still THEY are asking for money.In practical they have to pay us money for poor service. Request you to please file the complaint against TIKONA.
