[Resolved] Tikona — Poor connectivity issue | |||||
I am using Tikona broadband internet connection from last 3 years with plan of 6 Mbps speed. The Slow Internet speed problem was always there but from last week there is a connectivity problem. I had lodge the complaint in its customer care service many times. However, instead of resolving the issue they are just unnecessarily disturbing me by calling and sending sms in my busy hours. Now I request them to please disconnect my connection permanently. It took me around 45 minutes of mobile call with irritating and absurdity feeling after asking the same question to many customer service employees of it that what is the procedure to disconnect the connection. They just transferred my call to their colleague and finally neglect my request. Now I have sent the email to [protected]@tikona.in for permanently disconnect my internet connection.
