[Resolved] Tikona — poor customer service and bad connectivity | |||||
Hi, Being using tikona since 6 months had a pathetic service and internet connectivity. Every day need to call cs and register the internet issue but issue still persists and never got a proper resolution, their supervisor seems uninterested solving query and only making promises they cant keep. Have spent couple of 100 rupees by calling them top of that got my bill that i needed to pay, even though the problem was not resolve yet User id-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
