[Resolved] Tikona — Poor customer Service | |||
Hi, I am located in Chennai and looking for Tikona connection. I have submitted request for new connection for nearly 15 times (from me and my husband). when ever I register, I used to get calls from Tikona representatives saying that we have Tikona network available for my area (Madambakkam Road, Rajakilpakkam) but none of them turned out to provide a connection for us. If it is not feasible, better they can say that the connection is not available for our area. Even though we made consistent followups with Tikona representatives there is no response from them.
