So I have been using Tikona since last 3-4 years. Earlier I used to have a 2 mbps plan, at that time I used to get 512 Kbps speed only. Then I switched to a 6 mbps plan even then I am getting only 1-2 mbps speed.
Whenever my bill is overdue they will harass me for payment but when I lodge a complaint for poor service they rarely take an action. Internet is down for atleast 5-6 days in a month. Sometimes when I call on their customer care number they put me on hold and then cut the call. I tried complaining through their app but their app is useless. I lodged 2 complaints on their app but complaint was neither registered nor solved. Was this information helpful? |
