[Resolved] Tikona — Poor customer services, misbehaving with customer & mohenjo-daro | |||||
Hi, I had tikona connection for over than a year, had lots of problems while I was using this connection.I had opted for quarterly payment which was a advance mode of payment. So while I was using Tikona when ever I had faced any technical issue it lasted min for 1 month, on calming for poor services Tikona executives used to give un logical answers and in a very unprofessional manner. So I was really fed up with there services as when calling to customer services, to tell them what issue I'm facing they used to talk in a very rude way and then disconnect the call. This was happened may times & I have record of those mails as well. So in 2015 from month of September I was facing some technical issue, but complaining to them was leading to no where as, no matter what issue you are facing no one is going to come and visit at your home & check it as Tikona was so advance as they never happen to face such issue, as they will tell you that your device is not receiving signals properly, we are arranging a executive that will come & check this issue, but that never seems to happen. So I did pay them the payment for next quarter & believe me for those three months my issue was not sorted, so I finally thought of getting this disconnect, so when I call up tikona that I want to disconnect my connection, so the response that I got was "Sorry Sir we can not disconnect your connection if you want we can shut your plan for now but whenever you will use our connection you will be charged as per/MB basis". I asked them clearly tell me what amount I have to pay & I no longer want to use your connection, but they didn't disconnect my connection. So after two months I received a call from the Tikona side that Sir you have to pay amount of Rs.870 approx. and I told them that my connection charge are Rs.845 p/m and I already have called up you guys as well as have drop two mails for disconnection how come I'm being charge, so they come up with some irreverent answers. So from that time onward I'm receiving so many Nuisance call claiming to be advocate from Delhi/ Maharashtra & we have filled a complaint against you. So I want your help to sort this out.
