[Resolved] Tikona — Poor internet connectivity | |||||
I am tikona broadband user from Chennai my user id [protected] tikona providing very bad internet service The Internet connectivity is extremely poor and i have to give minimum 2-4 calls to reach out your call centre team and still there is no help in restoring the connectivity... This is unbelievably substandard service !! However, you are very prompt in collecting the monthly bills. Please resolve the issue immediately or this is really irritating please refund my money ...
