[Resolved] Tikona — Poor internet connectivity & technical support

Tikona no :[protected]- consistently poor internet connectivity, loadged several complaints thru e-mail but NO solution...
Only they chase over phone without understanding the case & finding a permanent solution.
Same time they are prompt on sending payment reminders??
Have asked them to discontinue the service...haven't heard on that email.
Please check such company's performance record and take necessary action.

With regards to your concern, please note that your account termination request is in progress and disconnection team will get back to you on the same.

Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.

I am just getting calls and that too to continue the service...Please don't take customer for granted.

Have clearly stated over mail NOT interested anymore on Tikona service ...several reminders but await action.

Kindly expedite on the same or have to explore legal options.
