[Resolved] Tikona — Poor Internet Speed and Services | |||||
I have been using Tikona for more than 6 months. Initially I faced a lot of troubles, which later were fixed after rigorous complaints. From the last 25 days I have again started facing the problem of poor internet speed. I have a 4 Mbps plan and I get miserable speed (even up to 0.2 Mbps at times). I made numerous complaints but always got fake promises of problem getting resolved in the next 24 hours. On one hand India dreams of internet facility in every household with 4G connections and on the other hand we don't have even basic support to get our problems addressed.
