[Resolved] Tikona — Poor network and not disconnect the services | |||||
Hi, i am Tikona user [protected]. Since July 2015 there was problem with Tikona connectivity and i was getting the network speed about 10 to 300 kbps with lots of fluctuation. i had compliant 100 times everyday but no resolution has been given. Finally on 30th Sept 2015 i had given request for disconnection of my account and they confirm to do the same in next 15 working days but even after 15 days calling them daily they always said that they have proceed the request to disconnection team and my connection will be closed today or in 24 hrs. but still as on date 3rd Nov. 2015 my connection is still active and they are not closing the connection and continuous generating the bills month on month for Zero service and they are calling me daily and doing my mental harassment, abusing & threatening me to make the all the payment. can i look forward for any help here on this portal.
