[Resolved] Tikona — Poor network and worst customer service | |||||
My tikona id is [protected]. i took the connection just 2 months before. this is the worst tikona serive i had ever seen. my internet is not working since 4-5 days. I registered a complaint on tikona customer care no.[protected] on[protected] i was told that i would be contacted by tikona technician within 4 hrs and was told that the problem will solved within 24 hrs. But no such response was given by them. Again, i called them on[protected] they gave the same reply. And even today they did the same. Also everytime i call upon them i am asked to go through some command procedure. Literally tikona sevice is the epitome example of worsted sevice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
