[Resolved] Tikona — Poor secondary policy and connection lost in every 2 hour | |||||
Bed customer service, and also not providing to talk for complain details to there technical department auto complain register option is given only. I am complaining from last 3 days no response and service given . and they are talking that secondary policy is 512 kbps and i am opening a tikona speed test page also. they are saying it will get proper speed after next bill cycle and the secondary policy is fake and for show. I am hardly recommending to those who are planning to take tikona, it gives you best speed every thing up to 3 to 4 months. after then you get start facing problems and no service/solution will provide.
