[Resolved] Tikona — Poor service and connectivity | |||||
Its been almost a year since we got a connection but its been absolutely disappointing. Like many others Tikona only is keen on getting the business but after sales technical support is just too bad. The connection is erratic and half the times does not work, there are technical glitches often, which take long to resolve and the customer is left helpless... The customer care also is poor and they hardly have any good answers to give other than just blaming it on the technical team. I would be moving soon if all this does not get resolved.
