Tikona — Poor service

I have been using tikona since last two years, initially it provided good service but these days they aren't taking and listening to any complaint seriously. I have lost network connectivity one week before. And till now the problem is same abd haven't been resolved. They assigned tech engineer who came, and visited my address. But still the problem remains same. I have been bothering and complaining since last one week, but they aren't taking their job seriously. I have some really important college and office pending works and they are just on standby for more than a week. So for how many days one could wait. Tech services should be fast enough so that no one work get disturbed. Sir please take this issue seriously, as I am really harrassed of again and again complaining and listening the same bunch of words from their end. There should be a strict action against these companies who messes with their customer.
