[Resolved] Tikona — poor service | |||||
Dear all, Its been 2+ year with tikona, by the time of the installation paid around 2000/- rupees... Its a worst and very poor service, which i ever have seen before. Frequently i'm facing issues like "disconnection and speed drop issues". Regarding this issues, i placed many tickets, but still seeing the same issues, they haven't resolved permanently, around 60+ tickets placed till the date. I requested customer care people to arrange a call with your management team which is higher than you to discuss refund amount, but they refused. Finally, i asked my installation changes refund but they said that also not possible to refund back. They asked me to give a final chance to clear this kind of issues permanently, i have given many chances to resolve but no use. Finally, they said if you face this kind of issues raise a ticket again and again.. Not sure how many tickets do i need to create?... Looking for refund amount to move other networks since they are not providing proper service from their end. Thinking to place a complaint in consumer court. Let's see what happen.
