[Resolved] Tikona — Poor Service from Tikona | |||
Hi Team, I have no internet connectivity for the past 4 weeks and i raised several complaints and sent several mails Which is of no use. I dint even got a single reply for the emails i sent. Total waste in sending mail to the below mail ID: j.[protected]@tikona.in there is no proper escalation of the request i raised. Daily i spent half an hour talking to the Customer Care but all will give false commitments. There are several incidents in which i was fooled by the false commitments like within 2 hours our senior person will call or within 1 hour issue will be resolved. Very poor service from the tikona services. Apart from these, i am getting payment remainders, calls, sms...but not even a single reply, or single person contacted for the complaints which i have raised.
