[Resolved] Tikona — poor service - no response from tikona

I have complained about the services which i am not able to avail. Not able to access the internet.

Poor ivr system for registering complaints.

I have complaint 4-5 times in past 7 days still the problem is not resolved.

This should be fixed asap or refund should be given to me for the services i am not able to use.
