[Resolved] Tikona — Poor Speed | |||
I am using Tikona service since last 3 months. First month it worked fine, but then started my pain. 1. Half of time, it does not get connected as LOGIN Page does not get open. If it opens by any change, it has very poor speed. 2. I took plan in which 4mbps is download speed @Rs 600/month. But what I get any day is not more than 2mbps. I have complained so many times to their customer care, but it seems, it falls on to deaf ears. As they do acknowledge the complaint, but after couple of day problems are square to back one.
