[Resolved] Tikona — Poorest customer service | |||||
Guys my log id is [protected]. I purchased the tikona broadband connection on 24.06.2016 and since then i have been trying to configure my wifi router. I have been calling their customer support team on 1800 and 022 both numbers which are toll free and chargeable. However, their customer support is horriiiible. The worst thing is i cant speak to their customer support team, as their ivr system pathetiiiiic. Guys i have decided to discontinue this connection post completion of 3 months, as i have paid 3 months rental in advance. Their internet connection is speed is average. However, no one will be there when you need any sort of help as in technical support and wifi router configuration. I feel i wasted my rs.1381.00/-. Its a humble request not to go for this connection, else when you require any clarification or billing or tech support you will cry, as they have the worst customer support centre. Complain regarding not working properly

Please note that once I connected to the internet, I dont get an option to log out the connection as a result I face problem when I re login. Secondly I am still unable to connect on my mobile phone through wifi router. You will need to send your engineer at my home to check whats wrong has been happening.
