[Resolved] Tikona — problem with tikona broadband

Dear we are using no. [protected] broadband of tikona since 1 year in vadodara city.
And now we are shifting to another city this i explained by email to tikona and on call also that i dont want to continue this service due shifting house.
But they are not corporating
We are reciving calls and emails every hour.
They are forcing us to continue
I dont knw what to do with these guys.
Whtether i have to take file against them.
They are really unadjucated when they call.
Tikona bad compnay fraud they are.

We are using tikona broadband since one year
Now we are shifting in another city
And doesnt want to continue with broadband.

Applied since 7 days for cancellation but still they are not giving proper reply.
But everyday everyhour they are calling and sending email
Some time they are abusing
Please disconnect or will hav to complain in baroda gujarat.

Now we are recieving email from tikona that they stopped billing.
But they are not removing cable
As per them we are using internet
Since 5 days my house is closed.

Really waste of time with u guys.
Surprising dont knw how tikona company working.

We have lots of work

Please dont do this.
