Tikona — Prolonged poor internet connectivity | |||||
Dear Tikona, My customer id with you is [protected]. Since last couple of months, it's getting difficult to use your internet, as it gets connected and disconnected on its own and at any point of time. It has become quite frequent and has increased my frustration level to take a decision of opting for another service provider. Over and above that, your toll free number and technical support numbers are of no use as it also gets disconnected immediately after asking for the customer id. I am not paying my monthly bills for such poor connection. Please send someone to disconnect the connection and provide me re-imbursement of last two and a half months bill, failing to which I will be forced to take strong actions against you.
