Once again i regret to inform the tikona technical team that in spite of pain taken by me on the installation of pole for the radio (Signal receiver) on the terrace, non of your technicians have bothered to reinstall the radio from the gutter exhaust plastic pipe to the solid pole erected on the terrace.

Almost 10 days have pasted and no afford has been taken to reinstall the radio receiver from the gutter pipe to the newly erected pipe as shown in the pictures attached.

Please get the work done immediately for the smooth service to the customers at large.
