[Resolved] Tikona — really very disappointed with the unprofessional tikona service. | |||
In mar'17 my internet connectivity was down for almost a week. Customer support was asking me to troubleshoot from my end, but issue was not getting resolved. So i was insisting to send a technician at my home. But customer support was not ready to send technician to visit my place. Even after 4-5 days internet connectivity was not started so i asked customer support that i want to discontinue the service. On that customer support got ready to send a technician at my place and i was assured that amount of 4-5 days will be adjusted in the bill. Technician visited and internet connectivity started. When i received the bill it was not adjusted for 4-5 days of no internet connectivity. So i decided to discontinue the tikona service and pay the bill only after it has been adjusted. I had inform the same to customer care and sales team of tikona. I was being keep telling that amount will be adjusted and new bill will be provided to me. After few days again got calls from tikona for payment without sending updated bill. My service was also not discontinued during that period so i myself stopped using tikona service. Yesterday[protected] i received a legal notice from tikona which is back dated[protected] asking to make payment for pending amount within 7 days from receiving the notice. This has really disturbed me mentally. To avoid further consequences i have payed the full due amount with 18% interest rate. I have learned from this incident that tikona is very unprofessional and will never suggest anyone to opt tikona service. Tikona - please take your device back asap and kindly don't charge me again for not returning it. Thanks! Was this information helpful? | |||
