[Resolved] Tikona — receiving bills after termination. posing legal threats. absolutely disgusting behaviour. | |||
One year ago in new delhi, i terminated my tikona broadband service due to absolutely poor service. And even after i got the service removed, they kept on sending me bills. They even posed legal threats on me. Used abusive language. This seems to be a very disrespectful company who treat their customers with threats and get them to pay bills which they are not supposed to. Even to this day i sometimes get messages of outstanding bills, which do not exist. Was this information helpful? | |||
