Dear sir/madam Reference to above I would like to write here that I had made the payment of my broad band connection bearing ID; 1-342361 for the month February 15. Bill amount of RUPEES.580 and RUPEES.20 against collection charges total RUPEES.600 to MR. Deepak naagvanshi on 22nd of this month . As the payment was not handed over by said person hence may not be credited in my account. I am getting payment reminder again and again from your side . I think this is not my fault as I had made payment to that person who suggested by Tikona Customer Care.
