i ketan jayani mo:[protected] complain to tikona care regarding shifting connection whose owner name Narendrabhai joshi tikona ID [protected].i have been calling 15 Nov to 1 Dec daity.but reply is either we are coming in 3 day or 1 day and shifting your address but now he is still coming and not solution my problems.they took advance payment 1-9-14 to 1-12-14 for Internet and extra 300 Rs for shifting charge. three month ago, if your net connection is close or you want cancel connection, we will sure to give you refund. but now "we are not responsible to give refund to any costumer "said by tikona care. i have recording to all conversation so i kindly requested to help me for giving refund . I am very much disappointed with the services of tikona. i made a request to transfer my connection on 31/12/2015 with request number 1-[protected]. i have called many time to your customer care but my problem is as it is. I got the number of area manager Mr. Rohit Mishra but he is not lifting the phone for a single time. I am not getting any solution of my problem so I have decided that not to continue my connection further. IT WAS MY MISTAKE TO CHOOSE TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK.
please look at the matter seriously, and let me know the procedure to get refund.
