Tikona — Refund for [protected] | |||
I terminated my Tikona connection because of poor service. I was suppose to get the refund from Tikona. Same mail was dropped by them but nothing happened further. I haven't taken any modem from them. Also the cost of wire was taken as part of installation charges. So I do not have pending on my side. account number:[protected] Date of incident: 1-JULY-2015 Also mail has statement "Also note if you will not receive any call for CPE collection then kindly contact on [protected]/[protected] Sainath Associates Harshad/Harish" I tried calling on both number but no response. Today I received mail from tikona, that I have taken modem from you guys & I need to pay 1500 rs for not refunding Modem :(. I never took modem from you guys, this has became very frustrating for me.
I hope you guys will get it resolved asap also I am expecting this time I will get my refund & wont get reply as due to incomplete address you failed to refund. If so how you were able to find it while installation?
