[Resolved] Tikona — refund for disconnection | |||
Greetings, This is pushpeah kumar. I purchased 1year plan of data from tikona and paid in advance for whole year. Now its not working since last 5 days and i registered a complaint against it 3 days back on 26th dec, 2019 but it is not resolved yet and engineer assinged has not visited my place. When i asked the customercare for a disconnection request then they are saying that money will not be refunded as there is no feasibility issue from their side, but my concern is that if they are not able to provide me a satisfactory service as much they claimed during connection then its my right to get it diaconnected and refund of balance money. If i had some balance due on me during disconnection then they would have collected it prior to disconnection then why they are not refunding my money in case of disconnection. I am completely annoyed by their such behaviour. This is a kind of ransome. If i am not satisfied with their service then i should get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

Tikona has not refunding my money, i was applied for Tikona connection in January first week and due to some technical issue they could not provide connection, hence I request to refund my money but they did not refund my money.
