[Resolved] Tikona — Refund for unsatisfactory account | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am very much disappointed with the services of tikona. i made a request to transfer my connection on 31/12/2015 with request number 1-[protected]. i have called many time to your customer care but my problem is as it is. I got the number of area manager Mr. Rohit Mishra but he is not lifting the phone for a single time. I am not getting any solution of my problem so I have decided that not to continue my connection further. IT WAS MY MISTAKE TO CHOOSE TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK. please look at the matter seriously, and let me know the procedure to get refund.
