My connection number is [protected] it’s been a long time I have been tormented by tikona employees I upgraded my same plan from 7k to 5k around something’s from tikona CSR. I have been informed after discussion that I have to pay the decided amount for annual after our discussions and this is the settlement amount and I paid the same I also been informed will not receive any repayment calls or mail and messages but all fake
I stated receiving calls mails and email for repay the remaining amount and I have all the evidence over mails send by tikona i which clearly mention the final amount that I have to pay also VSS informed there is no extra changes GST is not added or counted
Since then I sent tons of email no response these guys are very smart they r responds over email that your issue is attended check email and when we check email just a auto generate email with no information
I called tikona multiple times they keeps on disconnecting the line in between all the time if they are unable to give answer to the questions is being asked from my end puts me on hold and disconnects I seriously mentioned do not give me mental pressure and illness I begged these guys not to do this to me there were sometime even tikona CSR teams agin informed me you don’t have to pay anything now
Tester I called then again CSR stated telling I have to pay the amount received email for the same I asked the tikona CSR that I want to close my connection and want my remaining refund they said you will get the refund once connection disconnects
At last I had words with disconnection teams I asked them to close the connection I tell them everything they also confirmed the same form there days base the communication I mentioned which is all correct however they offered me 50% of discount suddenly they changed the mind and stated you have to pay the amount nothing can be done I asked to refund my money
They said no refund will be given to you it’s your choice to use our services or no mt but no refund will be given you what the hell is this is my hard earned money I paid the money on 1st July and consumed the services for 119 days then I want my remaining refund but they unprofessionally denied
Tikona is worst internet serviced provider and fraud
Hate this company
Also let me tell you they will revert on this getting from tikona our team will connect with you for the Same and also let me tell you what happened they do nothing simply denied over calls
Tikona you are very smart in replying on social medical platform professionally to secure your brand value and show your fake attention but I know how hideous your are in the backstage and how unprofessionally you treat customer and do frauds and loots customer money
I want my refund
