[Resolved] Tikona — Refund has not initiated yet | |||
I've applied for the new connection on 20/mar/2020, sales person told me that installation will be done in 2 days. I waited for the almost 12 days and was constantly chasing with the almost sales person, technician, area manager and customer care team, everyone is doing the fake promises. So i decided that i won't get the installation done from tikona.in the meanwhile i found out better company which believe in commitment and customer satisfaction. Ever since i 'm chasing with them for the refund. One of the worst company i've ever come across. They don't have any etiquettes, management and on the top of it i believe people to whom i talked so far they don't stand by their commitment. I've sent email to customer care team, sales manager and billing operation team multiple times but no-one has replied yet. I want my refund asap Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Only person called me from tikona whose name is Prince and give me an assurance for the refund. After 1 month when I called him he's abusing on me and said I'm not responsible for the billing. Phone number of prince :- 9654415971. Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
