I opted for a wifi installation on 24th of Dec 2021, and after 15 days they told me that they didn't have the necessary device for installation and it will take longer. So I canceled the installation and opted for a refund. Then they said to write an email regarding the cancellation for the installation, and they told me they will refund the money in 10-12 days. Then after 12 days i called again and they said that the refund wasn't placed and they have placed the refund and i shall get it within 7 days. And then I called 3 more times after that and they said the same thing again and again. Today I called again and they said the same thing. I would like to get the refund and some appropriate response regarding the same.
I would also like to file a complaint for poor service and negligence to customer after cancelling of order
