Tikona — Refund not generated since 4 months

Hi, I got Tikona connection at my residence in November 2013. Due to non-resloving connectivity issue i applied for disconnection in December. The Invoice got generated in December and it shows over 2000Rs to be returned but no cheque is been provided for the refund even after calling them almost every 2 weeks from then. They refuse to generate a request no even because the account is disconnected and every time say that the cheque will come soon. This month when i called they said there is no refund under my name. I am not sure what to do. I have the invoices generated from Tikona care for me, mentioning the refund. Thanks & Regards, Abhinav Shrivastava. [protected](M)
