Hello Team,
I had registered for a New installation for Tikona Broadband on 4th September 2021 but due to issues with speed and connectivity not available in my area the installation was unsuccessful. I paid advance of ₹1000/- using digital payment method.
I requested for cancellations & refund on 8th September 2021 and was informed by their customer care team that it will take 10-15 working days for refund.
I have followed up multiple times and every time they are stalling away and request for more 15days.
I have already escalated & reported issue to the following email IDs

Can you please help with this issue to be resolved.
