Tikona — refund not received after wifi disconnection | |
Hi, I have registered and paid amount for wifi connection to tikona executive on 12 jan with user id: [protected] for 3 months with a total amount of 2300/- rupees but as there was no update on installation, we had asked for disconnection of service before installatiin of wifi router. When i had tried to talk to customer care, they said that the money will be refunded in 30 days. It has been over 6 months now and i have tried to contact their customer care support but no body picks the call up on their end.
