I had applied for new connection on 29 dec 2018, the connection was supposed to get install by 4th jan 2019 but till 18th jan 2019 there was no installation of connection done. Payment of service for three months of duration was already paid by me by online transaction on 29th dec 2018. I had applied for refund on 18th jan 2019 still i have not received my refund. I am making calls to customer care every alternate day, typing emails no one from the team is calling back for any update. It has been 22 days since i have applied for refund. Every time i call they give me new reason for why my refund has not been processed yet. Even their member form sales team of pune office has used my details and created a new id and activated an account on my name using his phone number without my permission even after cancelling the connection.
