Myself vijayendra khot have done neft payment of rs. 3394/- towards new connection.
After which your executive has visited at our home and have check about the connectivity, for which he would require some permission and it was already 7 days past.
So i called up the call centre and ask to revoke my request and refund the amount for which the executive confirmed that it will take 10 working days.
Its almost 1 month i am struggling to get the refund.
Have marked email on your customer care email but only auto generated mails are received,
Such a pathetic service that customer needs to follow up for refund and there is no solution either through email or phone.
Request you to refund the said amount by 12th nov 2019.
