[Resolved] Tikona — Refund of Extra payment done | |||
I made a payment of Rs 1500 on 6 February 2014 which was due for my Tikona account with user id -[protected] but because of some transactional error, the payment was made twice and total amount of rs 3000 was deducted .I raised a request for refund on 7th February 2014 and till now not got my amount back.
