Hi team, i am saikumar i am residing in chennai. One year back i have taken broadband connection from tikona broadband serviced. I have told them to cancel my connection as i am leaving from my present place. They haven't terminated my internet service and they after 9 months i got a call from following number [protected] and [protected] from these numbers stating that they are lawyers and would issue a summon regarding by bill payments and threaten me to pay 900 (Previously i have paid 1500 also after i told the to close the service). Could you please check the issue as my tikona id closure number is:[protected].
