My connection was installed on 23rd september, 2019. I was able to use internet for only one day, i. E., till 24th september, 2019. i contacted customer service regarding the issue. After two days i got to know from customer care that our society wasn't allowing tikona to install its setup on the terrace, only local internet provider is allowed, though the tikona person (Name: arvind singh) who booked our connection lied to us and said there is no issues with tikona in our society. I have been told that i will get refund of my money but no action has been taken yet.
I have paid total amount of rs 3, 850 for 6 months connection paid on 19th september, 2019. It has been 15 days and our connection is still not active. I want to disconnect from tikona service and want to get my money back. please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
