[Resolved] Tikona — Refund request for user ID # [protected] | |||
I sign up for two year contract with Tikona and paid Rs. 8000 in advance. Internet service connected on January 16th 2015. I was hardly getting connection. I made lots of complaints by phone call and wrote email about very poor connection or no connection at all. When I signed contract I was told within 30 days if I am not happy with service they will give me full refund. As of February 1st week service has been disconnected but so far I haven't received my refund. I made few phone calls about refund some time I was told it will take 30 days. Then I was told by one of senior that they never refund the money. Then all of a sudden I got SMS that they reactivated my service. I denied to have their service but unlawfully they activated the service against my wish. I never ever experienced such a horrible service and misguiding customer.
